Working in quiet and secluded rooms either in the centre of Winchester or just off the motorway in Hedge End, we can safely explore any issue you bring. I have also been working via telephone and Instant Message for many years and find this very effective for some. We will agree our focus and work towards your goal together. Counselling is often shorter term (around 6 sessions). Anxiety therapy in particular can be beneficial in facing life's demands and continuing to function as well as finding joy.
